Hebrew Academy Parent Association (HAPA)
The Hebrew Academy Parent Association (HAPA)’s driving purpose is to enrich the school lives of Hebrew Academy students. Through several fundraising events, dollars are raised to fund large and smaller-scale purchases of school equipment, technology and other materials and services.
HAPA consists of parent volunteers who organize and manage a full slate of activities throughout the school year. These include holiday-themed programs, extra-curricular and other student activities. Some HAPA activities are geared to staff as well.
As per the committee’s motto, “The best thing you can spend on your children is your time”, HAPA prides itself on encouraging parent- involvement on many levels; these include assisting with such special activities as the CPE and Kindergarten Chanukah Fair, teacher appreciation initiatives and the annual Welcome Back Carnival.
Please support HAPA! If you would like to become involved with the Hebrew Academy Parent Association or assist with an upcoming event, please contact HAPA Chair Alexis Toledano via the school office at 514-489-5321.
