Hebrew Academy High School upholds the vision to strive for academic excellence in both Torah and secular studies. With this in mind, the Judaic Studies department provides a rigorous Limudei Kodesh program which is further enriched by a Kollel learning program.
Israeli Shlichim add to the ruach of the school environment by leading an active Bnei Akiva program, shabbatonim, Shabbat onegs, and learning programs aimed at inspiring our student body.
The General Studies program far exceeds the Quebec government requirements, offering enrichment in French, English, Mathematics and Science. Each year students proudly participate in public speaking competitions in French and English, physics tournaments, science fairs, and the Model UN.
Our students also develop leadership skills through their involvement in community chessed initiatives, regularly volunteering for organizations like MADA and the Friendship Circle.
Each year several of our students are inducted into the National Honour Society, a prestigious prize reserved for those who demonstrate values of midot tovot, honesty, integrity and leadership.
Our students take part in a broad range of extra-curricular activities, including our annual talent show, girls’ production, colour war, GMAA basketball tournaments, hockey and tennis.
Hebrew Academy graduates emerge with a strong faith, a devotion to Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael, a solid academic foundation and fluency in English, French and Hebrew. Many of graduates go on to hold leadership positions within the community.
