[HAPA] Parent Association

The Parent Association’s driving purpose is to enrich the school lives of Hebrew Academy students. Through several fundraising events most notably the Spring Tea, dollars are raised to fund large and smaller scale purchases of school equipment, technology and other materials and services. The other aspect of the committee is the calendar of holiday-themed and other student activities sponsored by the Parent Association.

The committee consists of parent volunteers who manage a full slate of activities throughout the school year, some of which are geared to the staff as well. As per the committee’s motto, “The Best Thing You Can Spend On Your Children Is Your Time”, Parent Association prides itself on encouraging parent involvement on many levels including helping out with special activities such as the CPE and Kindergarten Chanukah Fair or the chairing of special events including the upcoming Hebrew Academy Cookbook Project and the annual Spring Tea.
